Guefilte fish (oven version)

My moms gefilte fish is expensive and way too hard to do, because it needs a lot of salmon and you need to make little balls that goes into the fish stock and then in to the frier pot, one by one. I have made it... A lot of mess. But for the cheap and the lazy, I adapt the dish and with 5 kg of fish you have a entry for 25 people!

5 kg withe fish
2 tuna fish or makarel can
5 onions
4-6 carrots
4 cups bread crumbs
2 garlic gloves
Salt, pepper, paprika
1 spoon sugar
5 eggs
Cut in small cubes 3 onions and fry it. Made a stock with the fish bones Put all the rest of the ingredients in the food processor to made a purée. Add 5 eggs, one cup of fish stock and the fried onions. Bake for 40 minutes on high heat. Serve cold with a dressing of mayonnaise and ketchup or jrein for the more traditional version. Freeze for 3 month.
