Gulab jamun is a traditional Indian dessert made by using evaporated milk (khoya) with flour. Deep fried and soaked in sugar syrup. It is served topping with some nuts.
30 to 40 pieces
For sugar syrup:
1000 grams Sugar
teaspoon Green cardamom ( Powder )
liters Water
For gulab jamun:
250 grams Khoya ( Evaporated milk )
50 grams All purpose flour
teaspoon Corn flour
30 grams Mawa ( Curdled milk )
teaspoon Nutmeg ( Powder )
teaspoon Baking powder
liters Oil
