A creamy sauce with ham and hard boiled eggs served over toast! An Easter tradition in my home!

12 pieces of toast
6 eggs
6 sliced of ham, cubed
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon flour
2 - 12 ounce cans of evaporated milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Place eggs in cold water in pan and bring to a boil. Cook until hard boiled. While eggs are boiling, melt butter in sauce pan and whisk in flour until smooth. Add evaporated milk, stirring until no lumps...
