Ham and Leek Scalloped Potatoes. Delicious, Creamy, Warm scalloped potatoes made into a meal with ham and leeks.

1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 leek, diced and rinsed thoroughly to remove grit
1 large clove of garlic, minced
3 teaspoons fresh herbs—I used rosemary and sage
4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
½ cup heavy whipping cream
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ cup shredded Gruyere cheese
¾ cup Colby Jack cheese
1 cup diced ham
¼ cup chicken broth
1 leek, diced and rinsed thoroughly to remove grit
