Deviled Ham Salad Sandwich

8 oz diced cooked ham
1/3 cup diced onion
3 tbsp prepared horseradish
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp pickle relish
1/4 cup diced pear
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
