We always make way more guacamole than we think we need... only to realize that the cooks eat most of it before the bowl even hits the table! This is a family favorite!

½ C cilantro, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
½ onion, chopped small
1 Tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. red chili peppers (optional)
2 garlic cloves (optional)
Corn tortilla chips

Combine all ingredients and smash with your hands until you reach the desired chunkiness
Serve with chips or add to your favorite sandwich
This recipe varies depending on who is doing the cooking. My darling husband likes this super chunky and really spicy, but it’s all good!
