My Hatch Green Chili Mac and Cheese has folks who aren’t Mac and cheese fans, loving this hot and spicy take on this traditional, classic comfort food.

4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (14 oz)
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cups milk
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese (8 oz)
1 cup chopped green chilies
