An unusual combination of ingredients that create a super delicious dish.

8 ounces pasta noodles, rotini or penne
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper, any color
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 cubed cooked cubed ham
1- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1- 12 ounce can evaporated milk
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon olive oil

Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray a 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and return to pan. Stir in 1 teaspoon olive oil, cover and set aside.
