Here's an easy marinade that packs a lot of flavor for your bbq'd meats. The pineapple acts as a tenderizor as well as a flavor booster.
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 can crushed pineapple in its own juice
3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 large cloves of garlic
3 green onions, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
2 inches of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
