Healthy Asian Ramen Salad

If you have 5 minutes, you can throw together this simple, Healthy Asian Ramen Salad. When you use a package of slaw mix, most of the work is already done for you!

For the Dressing:
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar (or cider vinegar or white vinegar)
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the salad:
1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles (any variety) discard seasoning packet
1 package broccoli slaw or coleslaw mix
1/2 cup unsalted dry roasted sunflower seeds
1 bunch green onions, chopped OR 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
