1/2 cup spelt flour (or you can use oat flour)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (can also use agave)
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/3 cup of almond milk (decrease by 1 tablespoon)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Healthy Frosting:
1 can full fat coconut milk
Stevia to taste
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
