Classic dirt cups from my childhood have gotten a makeover and have been revamped into Healthy(er) Spring Dirt Cups. Made with more natural ingredients, this is the best way to please both your kiddos and your health-conscious mind!

3 cups of chocolate pudding

1 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs, from about 10 graham crackers

3/4 cup unsweeted coconut, shredded

1 drop green food coloring, if desired
