1/3 cup oat meal
1/3 cupwhite germ
1/3 cup oat bran
1/3 cup Raisins

1/3 cup currunts
1/3 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cupwheat bran
1/2 cup honey
2Tsp soya mince
1/2 cup sunflower seds
1/2 cuppumpkin seed
Deep fry the cashew nut it slightly brown, let it dry on a kitchen paper. Mix all the seed and cereals in a big ball. Pour honey. Mix it again until its evenly mixed. Pre heat the oven at 350 degrees. Put the cereal in a flat baking dish. Bake for 10 mins. Or until its lightly brown. Remove from the heat, mix it again and stand to cool. Sprinkle the roughly chopped cashew nuts , store it in a cereal jar.
