Healthy Holiday Fudge

31

Sweet treats are one of the best parts of the holidays. However, they are also one of the best ways to increase our waistlines. This recipe provides a healthy twist to the holiday classic without losing the delicious taste. Make this fudge for yourself, or for a healthy homemade gift. When giving as a gift, I like to pour the fudge into a metal cookie cutter before chilling. Once chilled, I wrap it up in a cellophane baggie and tie with a Christmas ribbon.
