What is better than Lo Mein? A Healthy one!!! That is right here is a recipe that has lower calories if a favorite Chinese dish. The thing that makes it healthy is the hidden purred veggies so the kids will enjoy it as well.

1 (12 oz) box whole wheat spaghetti
½ c Swanson 99% fat free chicken broth
1/4 cup sweet potato puree
1/4 Cup zucchini Puree
2 Tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoon cornstarch
2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
thinly sliced 2 center cut pork chops or cutlets, trimmed of fat and cut across grain into ¼ inch thick slices
