1 pound medium shrimp ( peeled and deveined )
1-2 teaspoons olive oil
2 cups fresh pineapple ( sliced and cut bite-size or one 14 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained )
1 red bell pepper ( large, chopped into bite-size pieces )
1/2 cup spicy barbecue sauce ( your favorite spicy store-bought sauce )
3 green onions ( sliced thin )
