This is another super easy recipe to make on a Sunday afternoon to provide you with healthy, convenient breakfasts/snacks throughout the week! Full of usable carbs, fibre and protein, it's a great option to start your day off right. Rather than store-bought granola/muesli, which is full of refined sugars and additives, this granola only uses natural ingredients and tastes unbelievable.

3-4 cups gluten free rolled oats
1 cup dried fruit (mixture of cranberries, cherries, currants, apricots, and raisins)
2/3 cup walnuts
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds (or both!)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/2 scoop Vega protein powder (I used vanilla almond)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
1 cup dried fruit (mixture of cranberries, cherries, currants, apricots, and raisins)
