Probably one of my most favorite desserts when I'm having a sweet tooth craving is a simple, soft cookie. I'm always in the mood for a cookie. I must admit that I thoroughly enjoy making them because I can snack on the dough as I go. These Heath Bits Brickle Drop Cookies are made of a phenomenal-tasting dough, but I have to say honestly that the final baked cookie tastes equally as good. 1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. salt
3 eggs
3 1/2 c. All-Purpose Flour
2 t. baking soda
2 t. baking powder
1 c. Heath Bar Toffee Bits (I like the kind that are covered in chocolate)
