This herbs & buttermilk biscuits recipe is perfect for snack/appetizer. Golden top and flaky texture with uses of spices & herbs gives you a nice aroma with each bite.

All purpose Flour - 2 Cups ( some extra for dusting)
Baking Powder - 2 tsp
Baking Soda -1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Spices( of your choice) - 1 TBSP ( I used mix of red chili flakes, garlic powder, parsley flakes )
Buttermilk - 3/4 Cups
Cheese ( of your choice) - 1/2 Cup ( I used blend of 4 cheese)
Fresh herb - 2-3 TBSP ( I used fresh & organic chives)
Baking Powder - 2 tsp
Baking Soda -1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp

Buttermilk - 3/4 Cups

Preheat your oven at 400 degree Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl, take all dry ingredients(including spices) and mix well.
Add buttermilk and knead a soft dough.
