Hidden Valley Ranch Cold Veggie Pizza

Happy Tuesday everyone! Here is a great recipe I found using my fave product Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix packets, and your leftover veggies. Why not make this healthy veggie pizza forlunch or dinner tonight? Here is my recipe!

2 cans {8-ounces each} reduced fat Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
2 packages {8-ounces each} reduced fat cream cheese
1 cup light Miracle Whip
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
Assorted Veggies cut into bit size pieces {carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, and red pepper}
