This is a very simple full homemade cheesecake.You dont need a waterbath, just a springform pan. I made this recipe over and over again, and its full proof. It does crack just a little, but you can easily cover it up by jam perseveres and top it with berries :) Rate and comment ^^

1 graham cracker crust
5 packages of cream cheese at room temp.
1 cup sour cream
1 lemon zest
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup Splenda sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 spring form pan
