1 lb ground chicken
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp turmeric
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp tomato paste
1-2 tbsp chicken masala-optional (this measurement depends on your spice level preference)
1 large finely chopped onion
1 large finely chopped tomato
red chili powder
salt
oil
chopped cilantro
