Homemade Cliff Bars

1-1/4c crisp rice cereal (I used Nature’s path, but Rice Krispies will do!)
1c uncooked large flake oats
2tbs ground flaxseed
1/4c chopped nuts of choice (ex. pecans, walnuts, almonds, cashews)
1/4c dried fruit (ex. craisins, raisins, dates, coconut)
1/3c honey, pure maple syrup or brown rice syrup
1/2c nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew to name a few)
1tbs chia seeds (optional)
1tbs hemp hearts (optional)
1/2tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbs mini dark chocolate chips (optional)
