This homemade ranch is perfect as a dressing or a dip. It is made with fresh ingredients that will add something special to any meal. I have completely stopped using the store bought version because this one is so good.
¾ cup of whipping cream
Juice from ½ lemon
1 T of garlic powder
1 T of onion powder
1 T of finely chopped, fresh dill leaves
1 T of finely chopped chives
1 T of mayonnaise
Salt to taste
1-2 T of milk to thin out if desired.

In a medium bowl, combine the whipping cream and the lemon juice, mixing well and letting rest for 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Add milk one tablespoon at a time to reach desired...
