Homemade Spaghetti Sauce with hidden veggies

This sauce hides lots of veggies from the kids when finely chopped.

2 8oz cans of tomato sauce roasted garlic or oregano and basil flavor
1 8oz can of low sodium plain tomato sauce
2 table spoons Virgin Olive Oil
½ cup fresh chopped mushrooms (we use Portobello)
½ cup fresh chopped zucchini
½ cup fresh chopped carrots
¼ cup fresh chopped spinach
1 table spoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Basil
Add tomato sauce to a sauce pan on medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, spinach and olive oil. Add Oregano and Basil. Allow to simmer.
