Homemade veggies stick with sesame is perfect tiffin recipe which is made with the added flavour of kissan sweet and spicy sauce which gives the dish. A tangy taste which is combined with sesame seeds which are tasty as well as healthy tiffin recipe. It is a healthy tiffin recipe for school which are made with veggies and spices as normally your kids refuse to eat so it is the best way to make kids eat veggies that they to eat and crave for more.

INGREDIENTS:
2 Parboiled carrots
1 Parboiled beetroot
2 Parboiled sweet potato
200 grams Tofu
½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
½ teaspoon White pepper
1 piece Star anise
2 teaspoons (10 grams) Honey
½ teaspoon Finely chopped ginger
2 tablespoons Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce
2 tablespoons Roasted white and black sesame seeds
2 tablespoons Olive oil
(1 piece) Deseeded red dried chilli
Salt to taste
