Honey Pork Stir Fry

This was a fabulous stirfry that is easy and uses ingredients you probably already have! The kids will like it because it is sweet ans tasty and YOU will like it because the kids are eating their vegetables!
4 center cut pork chops, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/3 cup honey
¼ cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 head broccoli, cut into bite size florets
1 red pepper, sliced
Mushrooms, snap peas, green beans, carrots or whatever vegetables you have :)

2 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Pour half over pork in a resealable plastic bag and marinate for at least 1 hour and up to 24.
