Green Capsicum(Bell Peppers) 3
Thinly chopped onions from 2 onions
Roasted groundnut 2 tea spoons
Roasted white sesame seeds 2 tea spoons (Til seeds)
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 1/2 tea spoons
Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds & Mustard seeds 1/2 tea spoon
Besan flour dry roasted in a pan to light golden colour 3 tb spoons
Salt to taste
Oil 1 1/2 tb spoons
Thinly chopped onions from 2 onions
Roasted groundnut 2 tea spoons
Roasted white sesame seeds 2 tea spoons (Til seeds)
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 1/2 tea spoons
Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds & Mustard seeds 1/2 tea spoon
Besan flour dry roasted in a pan to light golden colour 3 tb spoons
Salt to taste
Oil 1 1/2 tb spoons
Powder the groundnut and sesame seeds coarsely and keep aside.
Heat a pan with oil.
Saute it with cumin seeds and Mustard seeds.
Fry the onions till they become light brown. Add chopped curry leaves.
