How to Make Perfect Spaghetti Squash in the Microwave

I love a good roasted spaghetti squash, but I don’t always have enough time for it (roasting the squash takes about an hour). So here is a super easy and much faster way to prepare a spaghetti squash.

1 spaghetti squash (3-4 lbs)

2 teaspoons olive oil

pinch of salt

pepper to taste
