I Don't Like BBQ Sauce Ribs

I cannot stand tomato-based BBQ sauce, so my husband created this rib recipe for me. The searing and slow cooking makes them super tasty and they fall right off the bone! Of course, you CAN add BBQ sauce if you wish - I'm sure they're still yummy!

1 or 2 racks pork baby back ribs
1 can beef broth
Emeril's Essence
First slice the membrane on the back of the ribs several times. Next rub them with Essence. Then sear the ribs on the grill. Preheat oven to 200. Place ribs in a deep cookie sheet or similar pan. Cover the bottom of the pan with beef broth and wrap tightly in foil. Cook 4-6 hours until very tender. Remove the foil and brush the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce (if you so wish - I don't!)and place back in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the sauce is hot.
