After I made it and placed it in the oven, I was nervous that it was just going to come out as a blob, but…it worked!! I’m not sure who was more impressed at the fact that it actually turned out, me or my husband ;) Now, for the honest taste review: I was pleasantly surprised! It tasted nothing like ice cream though, but it still was good. -If you’re looking for a really good, delicious homemade bread to make…this probably is not quite the one. I would rate it 2 out of 5 stars. Good… but no

2 cups Ice Cream (any flavor), softened
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour*
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour*
1. Mix ice cream and flour together just until combined.
2. Place in bottom of a 8×4 greased and floured loaf pan.
