Lassi is a popular, traditional, yogurt-based drink. Lassi is a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes, fruit. Traditional lassi (a.k.a., "salted lassi", or simply, "lassi") is a savory drink, sometimes flavored with ground and roasted cumin. Sweet lassi, however, contains sugar or fruits, instead of spices.I always drink this lassi while fasting.

2 cups curd
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
5 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. rose water
Few saffron strands soaked in water
Dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashews, raisins)
1/4 tsp. pinch cardomom powder
1 scoop home made butter per glass lassi
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
5 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. rose water
Few saffron strands soaked in water
Dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashews, raisins)
1/4 tsp. pinch cardomom powder
1 scoop home made butter per glass lassi
Mix curd, milk and cream and mix well.
Now add sugar, rose water and cardomom powder and mix well.
Now divide this lassi in different glasses.
Add a scoop of home made butter in each glass.
Garnish with saffron water and dry fruits.
