I always have meat in the freezer. I try to keep a box of turkey burgers that I can just throw on the George Foreman for an easy weekend lunch. This day, however, I decided to get creative with my frozen turkey burger. My mom had purchased a couple green plantains at the grocery store and gave me one to take home. Now, I couldn’t eat more than one ounce at time, but that was just perfect to make one nice sized plantain. Of course, if you can eat more, by all means, add as many as you’d like!
