Open-faced chicken sandwiches with a taste of the tropics! A quick and easy weeknight meal, but so delicious that you'll want to serve it to company as well.

3 English Muffins, halved
2 large or 3 small boneless, skinless chicken breast pieces
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 - 1 tsp salt, to taste
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice (or orange or lime juice)
1 tsp dill weed
6 slices pineapple
6 slices cheddar cheese
2 large or 3 small boneless, skinless chicken breast pieces
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 - 1 tsp salt, to taste
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice (or orange or lime juice)
