I have an overabundance of lemons, so... when life gives you lemons..why not make some jello shots? Perfect for this Labor Day weekend, italian limoncello jello shots! I use limoncello instead of vodka, supercute and super delicious! ?

What you’ll need ?

{makes 16 shots}

4 small-medium lemons – halved and juiced
1 box of lemon jello ( I use sugar free0
1 cup hot water
1 cup of limoncello – chilled

What to do ? 1. After you have juiced the lemons remove all of the membranes from the insides. Set aside. 2. Into a bowl add: jello, hot water. Whisk to combine. Add vodka. Whisk to combine. 3....
