Very easy to make this healthy and delicious Italian pesto sauce with walnuts. Goes well with pasta, ravioli or rice. You can even spread it on a toast.

3 cups fresh basil leaves
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup walnuts
about 2/3 cup olive oil
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper, to taste

Add basil leaves, garlic, and walnuts salt to the bowl of a food processor or a blender. Blend all together, while adding olive oil, until the consistency is to your liking.
