A simple and delicious pork chop recipe!

1lb boneless thick cut pork chops
1 cup fresh baby spinach, chopped
1/2 cup mini bella mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup Kraft Italian shredded cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
PreHeat Oven to 425 degrees Cut a 2 inch pocket in your pork chops using a pairing knife In a small bowl, mix mushrooms, spinach, cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper Carefully stuff mixture into your pork chops and secure with toothpicks Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat Sear pork chops for about 3 minutes per side in skillet Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes or until pork is cooked through
