Homemade cranberry sauce with a twist of cider.
2-1/2 cups washed cranberries
1-1/2 cups water
1-1/2 cups apple cider
2 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups water

1 tsp vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in medium-large stockpot
Place 2 spoons in the freezer to chill.
Bring pot to a boil - keep stirring - don't let sit- it will burn to the bottom of your pan.
