This kale salad comes together quickly with just two main ingredients. The veggies are sturdy so you can dress the salad and refrigerate until you\\\'re ready!

2 cups packed kale
2 cups broccoli slaw (variety with broccoli, carrots, and red cabbage)
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 inch piece of ginger, grated
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 cups broccoli slaw (variety with broccoli, carrots, and red cabbage)

1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons canola oil
