Yogurt 1 Cup
Gram Flour 1/4 Cup
Red Chili whole/paste To Taste.
Salt to Taste.
Oil 2 Tsp.
Mustard Seeds 1 Tsp.
Fenugreek Seeds 1/2 Tsp.
Turmeric 1/2 Tsp.
Onion Chopped 1/4 Cup
Spinach Chopped 1/4 Cup
Potato Chopped 1/4 Cup
Ginger Chopped 1 Tsp or Ginger paste
Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp.

Salt To Taste.

Heat Oil in Wok. Take small amount of paste in
hand & drop small balls of it. Deep fry the mixture
till golden brown.Drain .
