Ketchup Rice with Egg (omu-rice)
169
Japanese casual recipe: It's called omu-rice in Japanese. I know people in here use ketchup for fries mainly but you might not be able to imagine it with rice. It's similar to fried rice but since ketchup makes taste richer, it has more tastes and not so oily.
2
1 cup rice
tbsp ketchup
1/2 piece onion
1/2 lb chicken
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp milk
tbsp ketchup
1/2 piece onion
1/2 lb chicken
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp milk
1.Mince onion, dice chicken. If you have rice left over, that would be perfect. You don't have any rice, make it at first.
