Key Lime Cake

When I was at the grocery store, I noticed a bag of key limes. I have never really used key limes before and decided I wanted to try making a dessert with them. I learned that key limes are much smaller and a little more flavorful then a regular lime. I saw this recipe for Key Lime cake on grouprecipes.com and decided I would give it a try. Oh my goodness, this cake was so moist and delicious and when my husband said that he believes this is his new favorite cake, I knew I had a home run! -

1 (15.25 oz.) box of lemon cake mix
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 cup water
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. key lime juice (about 4-5 key limes squeezed)
green food coloring (I used about 4 drops)
GLAZE:
2 cups confectioners sugar
1/3 cup key lime juice (fresh squeezed is the best, but you can use bottled)
FROSTING:
1 cube butter
1 (8oz. pkg.) cream cheese softened
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
1 tsp. key lime juice
1/2 cup finely crushed graham crackers
