KFC Coleslaw Copycat
The coleslaw recipe was right on the money. I would recommend making it the day before you wish to serve it. When it sits in the refrigerator for awhile the flavors really have a chance to blend together.

4 1/2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
6 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
3/4 cup sugar
2 carrots, chopped fine
2 heads cabbage, shredded and chopped fine
1 teaspoon celery seeds

In a medium bowl, mix oil and sugar.
Add the tarragon vinegar.
Beat in the mayonnaise until blended well and creamy.
Fold in the celery seeds.
