We all have our "thing" when it comes to eating. My husband, well he has a thing for spices. So we have a lot of spices in our spice rack--a lot of spice mixes in particular. I mean, even if I'm making grilled cheese sandwiches, he always asks, "Did you put spices in it?" So when I'm looking to find something to spice up a dish, I'm rarely disappointed, and if I do spice up the meal, he's happy. One evening, I wanted to make some roasted potatoes, and wan

5 lb new potatoes, cut in 1 inch pieces
1/3 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp Kick'n Chicken spice mix by Weber
1/3 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp Kick'n Chicken spice mix by Weber
Mix oil and spice mix, then toss mixture with potatoes. Roast in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until nice and crispy on the outside, and done on the inside. Serve with cheese or sour cream if desired.
