This Lamb, Chestnut & Cranberry Stew is the absolute best for the festive season! A great warm casserole flavoured with thyme and red wine – yum!

75 g cooked chestnuts
25 g plain flour
150 g cubed lamb
50 g shallots
100 g chopped tomatoes
75 g button mushrooms
50 ml red wine
15 g dried cranberries
