A classic summer treat!

Shortbread Crust:
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature, cut into 1-inch pieces
Lemon Filling:
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest, about 2 large lemons
2/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup whole milk
Topping:
powdered sugar
  1. Lightly butter a 9x13 inch baking pan and line with parchment paper allowing paper to overhang the dish.
  2. In a food processor, add in the flour powdered sugar and cornstarch, pulse to mix....
