Lemon Curd Filling

3 large lemons, zest and juice

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

1/2 cup butter, melted

4 egg whites, at room temperature

1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Cream of Tartar

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
