In the afternoon the weather is scorching, for a refreshing drink .. Lemon granita recipe this time will definitely refresh your thirst and your family in this scorching heat. Consider the following recipe:

ingredients:
3 pieces of lemon peel
250 ml of lemon juice
500 ml of water
200 gr of white sugar
Mint leaves to taste
salt to taste

How to make:
1. Cook all ingredients over low heat until boiling
2. Reduce the heat and stir until sugar dissolves.
3. Lift then strain the lemon peel and mint leaves.
4. Pour the lemon juice into the mold, let approximately 10-15 minutes until room temperature. Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes then remove and mash with a fork.
