Lemon Nut Bread

The nuts in this bread set it apart from other lemon breads I’ve tried. And the lemon glaze makes it extra special!

1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup soft butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp lemon peel
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2-1 cup chopped pecans (I toasted mine first)

Glaze:
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Cream oil, butter, and sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, sour cream, and lemon peel. Stir in the dry ingredients and the nuts. Pour into well greased 9?x5?x3? loaf pan. Bake at 325 for about 55...
