Lemon Oregano Chicken

I wanted to replace the already marinated chicken that I buy at the grocery store with a healthier option. The chicken is kid-friendly option with lots of flavor and works in all seasons. This is a recipe great for grilling and to adding diced to other dishes.

1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 T oregano
1 t cumin
2 T lemon juice
1 T olive oil
Zest of one lemon
salt and pepper to taste

Toss all the ingredients in bowl to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat grill to 400? (or oven).
Grill chicken for 10 minutes on each side. If baking in the oven it will take 20-30 minutes. Times may vary...
